Terms of Service
Updated: 09.10.2026These terms describe the rules for using GetDrop, including case openings, upgrades, contracts, giveaways, bonuses, the balance and withdrawals of virtual CS2 items.
1. General terms
GetDrop is an entertainment platform for virtual CS2 items. By using the site, you confirm that you understand its mechanics, accept these terms and are legally permitted to use such services in your country. The service is not a product of, or officially affiliated with, Valve, Steam or Counter-Strike.
2. Account and sign-in
Some features may require Steam sign-in. You are responsible for your account security, the accuracy of your trade link and contact details, and actions taken through your profile. Account transfers, multiple accounts used to circumvent the rules, automated activity and use of someone else's payment methods are prohibited.
3. Balance, payments and bonuses
The site balance may only be used within GetDrop. Deposits, promo codes, partner earnings and bonuses are governed by the terms of the relevant promotion or payment provider. A transaction may be suspended for review if fraud, a chargeback, a technical issue or bonus abuse is suspected. GET Coin (G) is an internal accounting unit of GetDrop. GET Coin credited from selling virtual items within GetDrop may be used for subsequent site operations, is not money and does not provide for cash or cryptocurrency payouts to the user. Such credits are not refundable as a payment. Selling an item within GetDrop is not a refund of the original deposit. These provisions do not limit mandatory user rights under applicable law.
4. Cases, upgrades, contracts and giveaways
These features operate under the rules shown in the site interface. The system records the result after an action is completed. Item values, rarity and availability may change; the resulting item depends on the selected mode, items, probabilities and current inventory state. Before opening a case, the user can review its price and contents. The awarded item is selected randomly under the rules of the selected case. An opening is completed once its result has been successfully saved on the server and the corresponding item has been credited to the user inventory. The animation displays the result; closing the page or interrupting the animation does not cancel a completed opening.
5. Items and withdrawals
Item withdrawals depend on availability, Steam restrictions, trade holds, account status and external service availability. If a specific item is unavailable, GetDrop may offer a replacement, return its internal value to the balance or provide another available solution through support.
6. Prohibited activity
Hacking attempts, exploiting bugs, interfering with the site, manipulation, bots, scripts, tampering with requests, referral program abuse, evading limits, malicious activity and any other conduct that disrupts fair operation are prohibited.
7. Liability and risks
Virtual items may have volatile market values. You decide independently whether to deposit, open a case, upgrade, enter a contract or withdraw. GetDrop does not guarantee a particular item, profit or preservation of an item's market value. GetDrop does not guarantee an item worth at least the opening price. Dissatisfaction with an awarded item, its value or the result of a correctly completed operation does not by itself entitle the user to cancel the operation or receive a refund of spent GET Coin or the corresponding portion of a deposit. A later claim that a deposit was accidental does not by itself cancel operations performed using the credited balance. These provisions do not exclude correction of confirmed service errors or mandatory remedies under applicable law.
8. Changes and support
We may update the rules, interface, limits, promotions and available features. The current terms are published on this page. For account, payment, withdrawal or rules questions, contact getdropcc@proton.me. If you suspect a duplicate debit, an uncredited payment, an unauthorized operation or a technical error, provide your account ID, date, amount and payment or operation identifier. Requests are reviewed against payment records and operation history; submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund. Confirmed errors in credits, debits or item delivery will be corrected.
