• How do I add funds?

  Click the deposit button in the header or profile, choose a payment method and amount, then confirm the payment.

• How do I open a case?

  Open a case page, choose the number of openings and click Open. The result appears after the animation ends.

• Where are my won items?

  Items you receive appear in your profile inventory. You can sell them there or prepare them for withdrawal.

• How does Upgrade work?

  Choose your items on the left, a target item on the right and a chance. The wheel then shows the result based on your chosen chance.

• What if something goes wrong?

  Check your sign-in status, balance and trade link. If the issue continues, contact support with the transaction details.
